A second Conservative AM has said he will quit the assembly after winning a seat in parliament.
Byron Davies, the new MP for Gower, said he will be resigning as South Wales West AM on Saturday morning.
He follows Antoinette Sandbach, who resigned as Tory AM for North Wales on Friday after winning the safe Cheshire seat of Eddisbury.
Speaking to BBC Wales, Mr Davies confirmed he would be standing down.
Mr Davies won the parliamentary seat in Thursday's general election with a majority of 27.
He will be replaced in the assembly by Altaf Hussein, who was next on the Conservatives' regional list of candidates for South West Wales at the 2011 assembly election.
