Jonathan Edwards MP leads Plaid in Parliament

Plaid Cymru has announced that Carmarthen East and Dinefwr MP Jonathan Edwards will lead the party's Parliamentary group.
He has taken over from former MP Elfyn Llwyd who has retired after serving 23 years in Westminster.
The role had been expected to pass to Arfon MP Hywel Williams. But it is understood he declined the position for family reasons so Plaid's youngest MP will take on the job.
Plaid has three MPs in the Commons.
It includes the party's first woman MP, after Liz Saville Roberts succeeded Mr Llwyd in the Dwyfor Meirionnydd seat in Gwynedd.
