Forty new jobs are to be created at a Cardiff-based IT company

A Cardiff-based company is hoping to capitalise on Wales' growing IT industry by creating 40 new jobs.

The new roles will include highly-skilled developers and engineers for IT solutions company Tracesmart, external.

Rick Trainor, of parent company LexisNexis Risk Solutions, said it chose to invest in Cardiff due to its "thriving local IT industry".

Hiring will continue in 2015 to meet demand in providing online tracing and identity verification solutions.
