Restoration work has turned three Edwardian garden rooms in the Vale of Glamorgan into "a symphony of colour".

The project at Dyffryn Gardens, St Nicholas, took six months - as captured in a YouTube time-lapse video, external.

Volunteers put in hours of work restoring statues, repairing stonework and cultivating plants.

The National Trust's Stephanie Evans said she is proud of efforts to turn "three tired and lacklustre gardens" into a "symphony of colour".
