Free wi-fi installed along Barry Island seafront

Free public access wi-fi has been installed along Barry Island seafront.

Vale of Glamorgan council said it was believed to be the first resort in Wales to offer the beach service.

Local business have provided access points to make the service possible.

The council said it was trying to "boost digital inclusion" across the area with internet access also provided at council buildings and libraries.
