Motorcyclist, 19, killed in New Tredegar crash

A motorcyclist has died following a collision with a car in Elliots Town, New Tredegar on Sunday afternoon.
The off-road motorcyclist, 19-year-old Dylan Williams, died at the scene.
Gwent Police said the crash happened on Duffryn Terrace at 12.45 BST.
His family have paid tribute, saying: "We would just like to say that all of Dylan's family and friends are heartbroken by this loss and will miss him terribly.
"He was a boy who lived life to the full, but had a sensitive, caring and kind heart. Heaven has gained a good one."
The driver and passenger of the car were not injured in the collision.
