The owner of 10 Francis Street, Tonypandy wants a "quick sale"
A terraced house in Rhondda Cynon Taff is being put up for auction with a starting price of just £1.
The three-bedroom property on Francis Street, Tonypandy has been listed with a reserve price which auctioneer Paul Fosh said many people would think is a typo.
"If someone bids £1 and there are no others bidding then the property is theirs," he said.
The auction is due to take place in Cardiff on 7 December.

The freehold property, said to require some renovation, was previously let at £425 a month.
"We're expecting to have a lot of interest," said Mr Fosh, adding it would make a "shrewd investment".
"It must be the cheapest house currently on the market anywhere in Britain."
