A man has been arrested after three people were stabbed in a house in Cardiff.

South Wales Police said armed officers were sent to a "multi-occupancy house" on Inverness Place, Roath, at about 19:40 BST on Sunday.

Two men, aged 26 and 23, and a 17-year-old boy suffered stab wounds and were taken to the city's University Hospital of Wales.

Police said all three were in a stable condition.

On Monday, a cordon remained in place at a property on the corner of Inverness Place and Dalcross Street with police cars either side.
