Neath FC face Barclays Bank winding up petition

The FA of Wales said it was confident the matter would be resolved
A winding up order against Neath FC has been dismissed but the Welsh Premier League club faces a second petition at London's High Court.
Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs brought the original petition against the club over a £65,000 tax debt.
Title hopefuls Neath paid the money but a "substitution" was ordered after Barclays Bank asked to take over as petitioner over an undisclosed debt.
Lawyers for the club say it is not in a position to admit a debt is owed.
Registrar Nicholls, who ordered the substitution which effectively allows the bank to take over the winding up petition, adjourned the case until 14 May.
If the club is found to owe the money and does not pay, it could be wound up.
A spokesperson for the Football Association of Wales (FAW) said: "The FAW has spoken with Neath FC and is confident that the matter will be resolved in the coming weeks."
Neath are currently third in the Welsh Premier, three points behind leaders The New Saints.
