Boy, 12, arrested after Tasker Milward school disturbance

A 12-year-old boy has been arrested following a disturbance at a school in Haverfordwest.

The incident happened at Tasker Milward comprehensive on Thursday after two children turned up at the school.

Dyfed-Powys Police said officers were called at 13:50 GMT because the two children were causing a disturbance and being abusive.

The boy was bailed after being arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage and a public order offence.

A 13-year-old girl was also taken from the scene by officers.

A Pembrokeshire council spokesperson said: "Tasker Milward School discovered an intruder on site yesterday lunchtime. The school followed protocols and called the police.

"The person was removed from the site and we understand they were arrested."
