Neath RFC faces winding up order over council debt

Neath RFC faces a winding up order over £60,000 owed in outstanding business rates.

The action is being taken by Neath Port Talbot Council which says it has been granted a liability order over the long-standing debt.

The council said it regretted having to take the action.

Two years ago, the club fought off a winding up order from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) over unpaid tax after settling the debt.
