BT creating 100 jobs in Swansea

BT is creating 100 new jobs in Swansea as part of a move to take on 1,000 new staff across the UK by April 2017.

The other jobs will be spread across BT's other UK contact centres although exact details have yet to be announced.

The move comes after the company pledged that in 2016 it will respond to 80% of its customers' calls at UK offices.

Fifty extra advisors have already been taken on at Swansea.
