Pembrokeshire College unveils £6.6m A-level centre plans

Plans for a new £6.6m A-level centre have been unveiled by Pembrokeshire College.

Current A-level students would be accommodated at the facility, along with Ysgol Bro Gwaun and Ysgol Dewi Sant pupils if sixth form shake-ups are given the go-ahead.

The centre would be built on the college's Haverfordwest campus.

The college said the "state-of-the-art" facility is subject to Welsh government funding and planning permission.

College principal Sharron Lusher said the new plans showed "our commitment to providing the best educational opportunities possible, both now and in the future".

If approved, it is anticipated the extension would be funded through Welsh government's 21st Century Schools programme and the college.
