Man charged with murder after woman found dead in Tonna

A man has been charged with murder after a mother-of-two was found dead at a house in Neath.

Andrea Lewis, 51, was discovered at an address in Fairyland Road, Tonna, at about 08:00 GMT on Saturday.

South Wales Police said the 43-year-old man would appear at Swansea Magistrates' Court on 3 February.

Another man, 46, also arrested in connection with the death has been released on police bail while the investigation continues.

Ms Lewis's family have paid tribute to her in a statement, which said: "Andrea was our daughter, sister and mother who was very much loved, and everyone adored her.

"She will be really, really missed by us all."

Police said the family of Ms Lewis, who worked in Neath town centre, is being supported by officers.
