Man with cerebral palsy to kayak Welsh coast

A Carmarthen man with cerebral palsy is kayaking the Welsh coastline with his best friend to break disability stigmas.
Ben Bostock and Tom Clark, both 30, will start from Anglesey and the pair expect to reach Cardiff within 15 days.
Mr Bostock's condition affects his muscle coordination, mobility and speech as well as his posture.
The pair want to raise awareness of cerebral palsy and promote disability sport.
They have been training for about 18 months and said they felt as prepared as possible.
The main issue they are expecting to face is fatigue, with Mr Bostock saying "endurance is going to be a massive issue for us".
The pair are trying to promote disability enablement and hope to raise £10,000 for various charities.
The journey comprises 13 legs of sea kayaking - which will be about 30 miles (21km) each.
They hope to finish in Cardiff Bay on September 10 where they will meet and thank supporters.
