Malek Jandali: What freedom looks like
Pianist and campaigner Malek Jandali says he sees freedom in images of people protesting in his native Syria.
Over the past three years, more than 100,000 Syrians have lost their lives in the escalating conflict between forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad and those opposed to his rule.
But the musician says for him, the situation in the country is a humanitarian issue.
"At the end of the day, it's a humanitarian issue to me. It's not about politics or anything else, it's about human rights."
We have been asking the world what freedom looks like to them, with people around the globe sharing their images, photographs and videos.
