Donald Trump's secretary of state is chairing a meeting of 68 countries to discuss the next stage in the battle against so-called Islamic State. They are hoping to come up with a plan.

But what next for those internally displaced Iraqi people who have escaped IS strongholds already?

Dr Ali Muthanna, the regional director in the Middle East for the AMAR International Charitable Foundation, external which runs health clinics located in five IDP camps in the Dohuk region of northern Iraq, says the situation in the camps at the moment is a disaster.
