COP26: China and India will have to 'explain actions to climate-vulnerable' - Sharma

The president of COP26 has said that China and India will have to explain their intervention on the climate deal to the most climate-vulnerable countries.

The two countries asked for a crucial last-minute change to the agreement, calling for the "phase down", not the "phase out", of coal power.

Alok Sharma, who's also a cabinet minister and MP, spoke to the BBC's Andrew Marr.
