Ukraine conflict: US warns Russia of consequences if it invades Ukraine

US Vice-President Kamala Harris has warned Russia of "swift and severe" consequences if it invades Ukraine.

Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Harris also said that the conflict with Russia is a threat to European security.
