North Korea missile video gets the Hollywood treatment

State TV in North Korea showed leader Kim Jong-un wearing a black leather jacket and sunglasses as he gave orders to launch a ballistic missile.

Thursday's launch marked the country's first test of an intercontinental ballistic missile since 2017.

But it's the way the news was relayed on state-run television that has caused widespread bafflement.
