Has South Africa kept Freedom Charter promises?

It is 20 years since the end of white-minority rule in South Africa, when the African National Congress (ANC) came to power.

The ANC had waged a decades-long struggle to implement the 1955 Freedom Charter - a document aimed at promoting equality and fairness for all.

But how many of its promises have been implemented since then?
