Senegal and Algeria fans are preparing to watch the 2019 African Cup of Nations final.

Among the many football stars expected to be on display, with the weight of his nation's hopes upon his shoulders, is Senegal striker Sadio Mane.

It's been quite a journey for the Liverpool star, who grew up in Bambali, southern Senegal. Earlier this year, BBC Africa's Babacar Diarra visited his hometown.
