Indonesian mother describes son's battle with obesity

A 10-year-old boy from Indonesia, who has been labelled the world's fattest child in media reports, is being put on a crash diet as his parents are afraid for his health.

At 188kg (414lb), Arya Permana is categorised as morbidly obese. The BBC spoke to his mother Rokayah, in Karawang, Indonesia.
