Afghanistan attack: Shia targeted in Kabul suicide bombing

So-called Islamic State says it was behind a suicide bomb attack on a Shia cultural centre in the Afghan capital, Kabul.

At least 40 people were killed and more than 80 injured in an attack that also hit offices of the Afghan Voice news agency.
