Seoul Halloween crush disaster: Mourners lay flowers at scene

People gathered to pay their respects with prayers and tributes near the scene of the disaster in central Seoul.

Many of the revellers who died were teenagers or in their early 20s. The Halloween celebration was being held for the first time since Covid pandemic restrictions were lifted.
