Pakistan: Two fatal blasts cause chaos ahead of election

Video from the Qillah Saif Ullah district in Pakistan shows chaos and panic after a fatal blast, on the eve of the country's general election day.

Elsewhere, a separate blast killed at least 12 people outside an independent candidate's party office in the Pishin district.

Residents and officials raced to help people caught in the two explosions, where at least 20 people have died and many others were injured.

These elections have been marred by violence and claims of poll-rigging. Police are trying to determine the cause of the blasts, and the injured have been transported to nearby hospitals.
