Jimmy Lai: Backing down not an option
Hong Kong pro-democracy businessman Jimmy Lai has been refused bail on fraud charges.
He's being detained until April.
The media tycoon was charged with illegal use of his company's premises.
Mr Lai, who already faces charges under Hong Kong's controversial National Security Law, remained defiant in an interview with the BBC's Danny Vincent shortly before his arrest.
