Confusion over rules applied to Djokovic visa
Lawyers for Novak Djokovic have argued he should get leave to remain in Australia because he had Covid less than a month ago.
They have submitted documents saying that he recovered within two weeks of testing positive in mid-December, which is why the immigration department gave him a visa and an exemption from Australia's strict vaccine rules.
