Breivik survivor: Public attention devalues him

Anders Breivik has begun testifying at his trial for the killing of 77 people in Norway.

Earlier, the proceedings were delayed when a judge was replaced over doubts about his impartiality. Breivik has also read out a prepared statement, which said he attacked the Norwegian and European governments for embracing multi-culturalism.
