Emmanuel Macron: 'I hope to become your president'

The centrist Emmanuel Macron will face far-right leader Marine Le Pen in a run-off vote for the French presidency on 7 May, multiple projections indicate.

Speaking after the result of the first round of voting, Mr Macron said he hoped to become the "president of all patriots".
