Tributes have been paid to a 25-year-old man who died after he was knocked down in County Down on Friday.
Niall O'Hanlon was struck by a car at the junction of New Forge Road and Steps Road in Magheralin at about 22:30 BST.
His football club, Magheralin Village, posted a tribute to its Facebook page, external describing him as "the heart and soul of our wee football club and village".
Police are appealing for anyone who may have dashcam footage to come forward.
Friends have paid tribute to him on social media as a "gent" and as "fun-loving, hard-working and respectful".
DUP MLA Carla Lockhart said it was "devastating news".
She added: "Eyewitnesses have said a large number of local people came to the young man's aid and were there to help comfort the family.
"I know that friends of the young man are just devastated and deeply traumatised".
