Gardaí attacked for second night in Dublin

Gardaí (Irish police) have been attacked in Dublin for a second night running while dispersing crowds.
Officers cleared crowds from St Stephen's Green, Temple Bar and South William Street.
At about 21:00 local time, glass bottles and other missiles were thrown at gardaí in South Anne Street by a group of about 200 youths.
Earlier, 14 people were arrested after gardaí were attacked in the city centre on Friday evening.
On Saturday, gardaí said they were dealing with an "organised group" of youths engaged in persistent anti-social behaviour and public disorder in the city centre".
Other streets, including Dawson Street and Grafton Street, were cordoned off by officers.
Gardaí said the majority of people socialised responsibly.
On Friday, Supt Liam Geraghty said people should follow health guidelines by avoiding crowded places and observing social distancing.

Earlier, Ireland's health minister described Friday night's public order incidents in the city centre as "thuggish behaviour and completely unacceptable".
Gardaí said a number of "public order incidents" occurred at several locations across the city.
They said glass bottles and other objects were thrown at officers after they attempted to engage with a crowd at one of the locations.
One officer sustained a leg injury and received hospital treatment.
A police patrol car was also damaged.
The disorder on Friday happened when "large organised groups" gathered at South William Street, St Stephen's Green and Temple Bar Square. Objects were thrown at police at South William Street.
Six people were charged with public order offences and released while two people received an Adult Caution. One person was released pending a summons for public order offences.
The five juveniles were released and referred to a juvenile liaison officer.
Officers appealed for people to show "responsibility" and comply with public health guidelines while socialising this weekend.
