Ukraine: Severodonetsk and Lysychansk have 'no people on the streets' - Zelensky
Ukrainian forces still holding out in the eastern city of Severodonetsk but are outnumbered by Russian forces, President Volodymyr Zelensky has said.
The intensity of fighting in Severodonetsk and in nearby Lysychansk means there are no people bar the military on the streets, the Ukrainian president said.
