Dublin: Man arrested after €3.2m cocaine seizure

Cocaine with an estimated value of €3.2m (£2.7m) has been seized by gardaí (Irish police) in Dublin on Sunday evening.

A man in his late 30s was arrested after a search of a property in Ronanstown, Clondalkin at 19:00 local time. He remains in detention at Lucan Garda Station.

About 40 blocks of suspected cocaine were found during the operation.

Other drug paraphernalia and €21,500 (£18,200) in cash were also discovered.
