Business degree offered in Guernsey

An on-island course is offering Guernsey students the chance to work while they learn and save on university costs.
From September, the Guernsey Training Agency (GTA) is offering a foundation degree in business and management.
Recent research found 82% of parents found the recession had increased the financial strain of university costs.
The GTA said this course could help with those costs, as people could work and study at the same time.
The foundation degree in business and management will be delivered in partnership with Bournemouth University and will take three years to complete if studied part time.
If successfully completed there would be the option to progress to an honours degree, either in Guernsey or transferring to a full-time programme in Bournemouth.
