Guernsey to change driving test
- Published
Learner drivers in Guernsey will have to contend with a new sort of test to get their licence in the future.
The Environment Department said it would introduce driving without directions from the examiner.
The UK test has already changed to include candidates being asked to follow a route for 10 minutes without being told when to turn.
A spokesman said the scheme would be changed slightly to take account of the island's road network and signs.
They said no date had yet been set for the change, but further details would be released in due course.
