Views sought on Guernsey finance arbitrator

Opinions are being sought about whether Guernsey needs a financial services ombudsman.
The Commerce and Employment Department is asking businesses and their customers what protection should be provided.
The service would be designed to resolve disputes between customers and local financial service providers.
Ministers say it could also be shared with Jersey and would not involve any costs for customers.
