Lagan boss Colin Loughran hopes to leave a legacy

Colin Loughran, Lagan Construction's managing director, said he hoped his company would bring new skills into Guernsey.

He was speaking as a contract between his company and the States for work on the redevelopment of the island's airport was signed.

Mr Loughran said he was pleased to be involved in a project that would benefit the island in the long term.
