Guernsey administration hub problems 'being resolved'

Problems with a computer system at Guernsey's new States administration centre are being resolved, the centre manager says.
Public sector workers including nurses and teachers, have complained they are unable to carry out basic tasks using the new software system, SAP.
Simon Elliott, said extra training and support would be given to staff who need it.
The Hub system is designed to save the States money and centralise payments.
States Chief Corporate Resources Officer, Simon Elliott said the new system touches every employee and they had all been given training.
He said it was the biggest change the civil service in Guernsey had ever been through and there was still more they needed to do.
"We have run 82 courses in the bit everybody will use and sessions to accommodate people out of hours," he said.
"We have done a lot but we can always do more. The key now is to identify where there are skills gaps, where people are struggling and ensure that support can be given."
