The Red Arrows ended the 2015 Guernsey Air Display with a flypast in honour of the island's Lieutenant Governor, Air Marshal Peter Walker.

AM Walker CB CBE suffered a heart attack on Sunday. A service of thanksgiving will be held at the Town Church at 11:00 BST on Tuesday.

He had served in the Royal Air Force from 1968 to 2007.

The Lieutenant Governor of the Bailiwick of Guernsey is the monarch's representative in the islands.

The display was dedicated to the memory of Sir Peter. Books of condolence have been opened in the islands.
