Power restored to St Peter Port says Guernsey Electricity
- Published
Power cuts that impacted "the majority of St Peter Port" have been resolved, Guernsey Electricity has said.
Engineers responded to the cuts at 00:22 GMT and worked to "restore power as quickly and safely as possible", the firm said.
A spokesperson apologised for the inconvenience and said most supplies had been restored by 04:00.
They said everyone had since been reconnected.
They added an investigation into "the extent of the disruption" was under way.
The outage was caused by a "high voltage fault" in the Rosaire Avenue and Elm Grove area, the firm said.
