Revised application submitted for more housing units in Guernsey
- Published
The Guernsey Housing Association has submitted a revised plan for an extended housing development.
Originally, Domaine des Moulins at the former CI Tyres site in La Charroterie was going to provide 25 units, but this has now been increased to 57.
The units would include affordable housing for key workers.
Victoria Slade, chief executive of the Guernsey Housing Association, said it was important to ensure the large structure would not look out of place.
She said: "The architects have worked hard to ensure that the development fits into the surrounding environment without sacrificing on functionality."
