Roads were closed on North Esplanade and The Quay
Motorists in Guernsey have been impacted by road closures put in place after flooding caused by the high tide.
Officers from the police and Guernsey Civil Protection have reopened closures on North Esplanade and The Quay in St Peter Port.
Jersey Met said there could be "water and debris" on roads along the south coast between 07:00 and 09:00 GMT.
The forecaster said the tide was one of the biggest of the year at 10.29m (34ft).

Small vehicles heading north at the Bridge were diverted past the parking area while southbound traffic made use of the unflooded northbound lane
