Isle of Man snow leads to overnight road closures

A number of Isle of Man road closures, caused by snow and freezing conditions, will remain in place overnight, the police have confirmed.
Six roads including the A18 Mountain Road between Ramsey Hairpin and the Creg-ny-baa will not reopen until 08:00 GMT on Tuesday.
A comprehensive list of road closures is available on the Isle of Man Constabulary's, external Facebook page.
The Creg-ny-baa back road will be reviewed at 15:00 GMT.
Richmond Hill was closed this morning after a tanker became stuck in snow but it has since reopened.
An infrastructure spokesman said that 6cm (2.3in) of snow is expected to fall in areas above 300ft on Monday.
The police are asking motorists to drive with "extreme caution".
According to the Met Office there may be further snow and sleet ahead but "nothing heavy".
Ronaldsway airport is open as normal but passengers are being advised to contact their airline for updates.
A number of flights, external between the Isle of Man and Manchester, London and Dublin have been delayed.
