Nigel Dobson: Isle of Man election candidate charged with drink-driving

A Manx general election candidate has appeared in court charged with drinking and driving.
Nigel Anthony Dobson, from Ballachrink Drive, Onchan, was pulled over by police on Groudle Road on 2 September.
The 63-year-old entered no plea at Douglas courthouse on Tuesday and he has been bailed to appear again on 29 September - a week after the election.
Mr Dobson is one of five candidates who will contest two seats in the constituency of Garff.
