A man has been charged with manslaughter after a woman died following an "altercation" in the street.
The 57-year-old victim from Merseyside was visiting the Isle of Man when she was attacked outside the Palace Hotel on Central Promenade in Douglas at about 21:20 GMT on Friday, police said.
A man, 53, of Merseyside, is due to appear in court on Monday.
Detectives continue to appeal for witnesses.
