Senator Ozouf says he doesn't agree with all the proposed cuts
Jersey Treasury Minister, Senator Philip Ozouf, says he does not "necessarily agree" with future recommendations for spending cuts.
He said: "I don't actually think a States-wide pay freeze would be necessarily the right or fair thing to do."
The States plan to cut an extra £31m from the budget over the next three years.
That is on top of the £12m already earmarked for cuts by ministers.
Ministers will publish their budget proposals and plans to raise taxes at the end of the month.
