Jersey ceremony to remember Holocaust victims

A ceremony is due to take place to remember people who died in Nazi camps.

A ceremony is due to take place to remember the Jersey men and women who died in Nazi camps and prisons.

Jersey's Bailiff will lead the ceremony at the Maritime Museum which also marks 66 years since the liberation of Auschwitz in Poland.

Wreaths will be laid at the Lighthouse Memorial on behalf of the Crown, the people of Jersey, and various religious and cultural communities.

Holocaust Memorial Day is being marked across the UK.
