Jersey could share health officer with Guernsey

The retirement of Jersey's Medical Officer of Health could mean the job will be shared with Guernsey.
Jersey health minister, Deputy Anne Pryke, told the States she was sad to lose Dr Rosemary Geller.
Dr Geller, who has held the position since 2005, has been suffering from a chronic back condition.
Deputy Pryke said it was an ideal opportunity to consider sharing the post, something which has been discussed before.
During her illness Dr Geller's role has been filled by her deputy, Dr Susan Turnbull, who will continue while the future of the department is decided.
