More Jersey graduates asked to take part in survey

Careers Jersey has urged more graduates to take part in a survey.

So far more than 600 have completed the questionnaire, which aims to find out how many islanders returned to Jersey after finishing university.

But there are concerns graduates from 1991 to 2011 are "under-represented".

Andy Gibbs, of Careers Jersey, said the information would help the education department to plan for the future and reveal how students' degrees link to where they now work.

He added: "If you have friends or family who no longer live in Jersey but graduated during this period [1991-2011] then we'd urge you to tell them about the survey and ask them to take part."
